Welcome to PaySetu.

PaySetu is operated by Chaitanya Digital Solutions, a proprietorship firm registered under the Government of India MSME (Udyam Registration).

By accessing or using PaySetu, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

PaySetu is a savings facilitation and wallet-based discipline platform.
We are not a bank, NBFC, financial institution, or UPI service provider.

We do not:

Intercept UPI transactions
Access user bank accounts
Provide loans or credit guarantees

2. User Responsibility

Users voluntarily add funds to their PaySetu wallet.
All savings, withdrawals, and usage decisions are fully user-controlled.

3. Wallet Usage

Funds added to the PaySetu wallet can be withdrawn by the user at any time, subject to applicable service or processing fees communicated beforehand.

4. Fees

Certain services such as withdrawals, premium features, or subscriptions may carry a nominal fee. All fees are transparently communicated before execution.

5. No Financial Advice

PaySetu does not provide investment, credit, or financial advice.

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Maharashtra, India.
